GESTINAZOR – Local Accommodation
1. Property Manager Identification
The properties listed on this website are managed by:
GESTINAZOR, Consultoria e Investimentos Imobiliários, Unipessoal Lda

- Chalé d’Angra Guest House – Canada do Negro nº 21, 9700-710 | RNAL 3192/AL
- Villas da Salga – Caminho da Salga nº 209-A, 9700-644 | RNAL 3791/AL
- Casa do Porto – Rua do Pico nº 10, 9700-584 | RNAL 3790/AL
2. Reservations and Payments
Reservations may be made via the official Gestinazor website, Airbnb, Booking, VRBO or other digital platforms.
All reservations are subject to availability and payment confirmation.
Direct bookings through the Gestinazor website require full payment at the time of reservation via Credit/Debit Card.
All prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
The person booking must be at least 18 years old and must stay in the property throughout the reservation.
Minors under 18 can only stay when accompanied by the adult who made the reservation.
Guests must also respect any specific rules for each property.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before the check-in date.
Late cancellation (less than 7 days) results in a 50% charge of the total reservation.
No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Check-in, Check-out and Guest Registration Form
After payment confirmation, guests will receive a confirmation email with important information about the stay.
Guests are required to fill out a Guest Registration Form, which includes:
- Estimated time of arrival
- Number of guests
- Required identification information for border and immigration purposes (SEF)
Gestinazor is not responsible for incorrect or missing information in the form.
Any falsification or alteration of the form will invalidate the booking and may lead to cancellation.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
- Check-in: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Check-out: until 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior request and availability.
Check-in types:
- Casa do Porto: in-person check-in only
- Chalé d’Angra and Villas da Salga: self-check-in by default (key box), with option for in-person check-in upon request
5. Guest Conduct
Strictly prohibited:
- Parties or large gatherings
- Smoking indoors
- Excessive noise after 10:00 PM
Allowed:
- Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas
- Pets are allowed only at Chalé d’Angra Guest House, with no extra fee
- Pets are not accepted at Villas da Salga or Casa do Porto
Guests are fully liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents.
6. Changes by Gestinazor
Gestinazor does not cancel confirmed bookings, except in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, urgent repairs).
In such cases, guests are entitled to a full refund.
7. Security and Liability
Gestinazor is not liable for forgotten, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Any items found after check-out may be returned upon request. Guests cover all return costs.
All properties are equipped with:
- Civil liability insurance
- Fire extinguishers and fire blankets
- First-aid kits
- Security cameras in outdoor areas
8. Cleaning, Bed Linen and Towels
The property will be cleaned before the guests’ arrival.
The stay includes:
- One set of bed linen and towels per guest
- A small set of toiletries and hygiene items
Guests are expected to maintain the accommodation in good condition and leave it tidy at check-out.
9. Equipment and Inventory
If an appliance is not working or guests are unsure how to use it, they should contact Gestinazor immediately.
No alterations to the property or its contents are allowed.
All items inside the accommodation belong to the owner and must not be moved or removed.
10. Maintenance and Special Requests
Any issues (e.g., leaks, electrical problems, faulty equipment) must be reported immediately to Gestinazor.
Resolutions may depend on third-party services.
Gestinazor reserves the right to enter the accommodation when necessary, for inspections, repairs, or emergencies.
Baby cots or extra beds may be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
11. Noise, Illegal Activity and Safety
Quiet hours are legally enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Guests must avoid disturbing neighbors, especially in shared buildings.
Illegal or immoral activities are not allowed.
The person who made the reservation is responsible for the behavior of the entire group.
Guests must not publish or share any private information about the owner or the property location.
Guests are fully responsible for their own safety during the stay.
Any health or safety risk must be reported to Gestinazor immediately.
When leaving the accommodation, guests must ensure that:
Gas appliances are turned off
Windows are closed
Lights and heating/cooling systems are turned off
12. Liability Limits
Gestinazor’s responsibility is limited to the accommodation and service during the guest’s stay.
We are not liable for:
- Surrounding noise, neighborhood, or construction
- Utility outages (gas, water, electricity, internet)
- Third-party services or public space issues
Photos and descriptions are accurate but minor changes may occur without affecting the quality of the stay.
No refunds or transfers will be issued due to location, surroundings, or guest expectations.
All incidents (theft, criminal behavior, etc.) must be reported to Gestinazor and local authorities.
